The Tulsa Producers hosted the McAlester Miners on Friday August 6, 1915. A newspaper editorial warned McAlester that in Tulsa they would face "…a fighting, knock’em-down and choke-‘em-to-death aggregation…". Despite the warning, McAlester won 5-3. The game was played at Association Park which was located in the modern day Tulsa Arts District at Archer and Cincinnati (now MLK Jr. Blvd.).
